Infrastructure

The company's production facility is equipped with modern facilities incorporating the state of the art technology adapted by other companies across the world. The unit has five blast freezers and two contact plate freezers. The cold storage (fully automatic) has a storage capacity of 1500 tons of frozen sea foods. We have production capacity of 70 tons per day. We have quality testing facilities including ELISA tests handled by competent analysts and customized production facilities.

Quality Control Measures

Strict quality control measures are adopted to ensure that Tolar frozen seafood is of the best quality, for this we have well documented GMP, SOP and also HACCP. The products processed is subjected to stringent quality control measures. The processed product is tested for various parameters like Microbiological and Organoleptic factors. Aquaculture products are tested for presence of antibiotics.

We have approval from the Government bodies like MPEDA and export inspection council of India. Development Authority (MPEDA). Quality of our seafood is ensured by HACCP systems. And also Certified by ISO 22000:2015 - Food Safety Management System with HACCP for procesing and exporting of frozen marine and aqua culture products.

Market Area

The company has started exporting frozen seafood to several countries. The company has a production capacity of 70 tonnes per day with storage capacity of 1500 tonnes. With the strong team of skilled workforce, who are efficient in handling entire production with responsibility and total commitment.
